Mineral & Gem Research is founded by Dr. Edward Liu (Ph.D (geology), MSc, FGA, FGAHK),
who is a reputed mineralogist and gemmologist.
MGR aims at promoting knowledge of mineralogy and gemmology to public especially to younger generations,
by visiting mine areas all over the world, collecting fine minerals and rare gems, engaging in academic researches and organizing various educational events.
In a long run, we explore mysteries and new knowledge of minerals and gems with different scientific methods of quantum mineralogy.
